We arrange the delivery within 2 working days. In order to arrange the delivery for you in time, please fill in your full shipping address including phone number and zip code.
Note: Any and all applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. The law requires Simolio to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees.
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Note: These shipping and delivery times apply only to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the US. (Not include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) We do not deliver to areas outside of the 48 contiguous states of the US. While we will try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options are used depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is shipped out.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to SIMOLIO customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours, so we can rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.
