For non-universal DVDs, compatibility issues may occur, like no sound, single–side sound, or audio cuts in and out. Please use 2×AAA premium alkaline batteries, set the volume on your DVD player to a sufficient level and make sure the channel of headphones is same as the relative DVD's.
