Multiple Audio Out Ports Supported
Compatible with most TVs on the market, the SM-825D Pro supports Optical, RCA and 3.5 mm / AUX audio outputs. For TVs with only Optical audio out and occupied by a sound bar, you will need to purchase an optical splitter for installation.
For TVs with only Coaxial output, you will need to purchase a Digital to Analog Audio Converter for installation.
For TVs with only HDMI (ARC) audio out, you will need to purchase an HDMI to RCA converter for installation.
For AV receivers with a 6.35mm phone jack at the front, you will need to purchase a 6.35mm to 3.5mm audio adapter for installation.

Q: Why can't I hear any sound from the headphone?
A: Please follow our instruction to identify the problem.
1. Please make sure that the transmitter is powered on. Then slide to MONO or STEORE to turn on the transmitter.
2. Please switch the headset off, then on.
3. Please Turn on the audio source/headphone, and adjust its volume to a sufficient level.
4. Please follow the instructions in your TV user manual to change the TV's AUDIO OUT setting to "External TV Speakers".
5. Please connect another audio device to see if it can work properly.
6. Please charge the battery fully.
7. Please make sure the output port labeled "AUDIO OUT" "OUTPUT""AV OUT". Others are incorrect.
8. When connected via Optical. Please set it to PCM. For example: Settings > Sound > Digital Audio Out Format> Dolby/DTS/PCM. Menu depends on TVs.
Q: The noise interference is too serious, please tell me how to solve?
A: Please follow our instruction to identify the problem.
1. Please turn up volume to a sufficient level. So the device can get a steady audio signal.
2. Press MIC button again or turn off the headset then turn it on.
3. Please charge the battery fully.
4. Put the transmitter far away from the interference sources.
5. Please connect the transmitter and audio source firmly.
6. Please connect another audio device to see if it can work properly.
7. Please place the transmitter base at least 4 feet away from smart WiFi TV/WiFi TV box/ TV sticks to avoid interference.
Q: Why can I hear the sound from only one side?
A: 1. Please try to adjust balance control to see if the headset can work properly.
2. Please slid the switcher to MONO to see if there is anything changes.
3. Please try another cable or to connect to another audio device.
4. Please try waggling the RCA audio cable or re-inserting the RCA audio cable.
Q: My headset can not be charged successfully, please tell me how to solve it?
A: 1. Please turn on the transmitter.
2. Please put headset into charging slot firmly
3. If nothing changed, replace it with a new headset.
Q: When the hearing impaired are using this digital headset can other people in the room hear the TV?
A: It depends on your TV. For some TVs., they support only single sound out, which means the TV's speakers will be disabled when using the headsets. While for most TVs, you can play audio through TV internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously by setting the “Sound Out” to “Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out(Optical)”. The menus for sound out setting are not the same from different TV brands. please refer to your TV manual for details.
Q: Will 2 headsets interfere with each other when I use them simultaneously?
A: There is no interference between two headsets, one transmitter supports several headsets to work at the same time. And this item is ideal for two people to watch TV together.
