A:It actualy depends on your TV's settings. For most smart Tv models,they have option to play audio from both the TVs internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously.
Q: Why there is no sound under optical connection?
A:What you are experiencing is an incorect audio format in Netflix and/or your Tv. pls check your Netflix app audio options.lfsuround sound (5.1) is selected,try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Additionally, please update TV's audio settings to PCM.
Q: The sound cuts in and out or is intermittent, how do l fix this?
A:1.Check the volume on your TV/TV box. Generally we would recommend an average VOL of 30%-40% on the TV & TV box.
2.Remove any possible source of WiFi interference.
3.Make sure all cables are securely connected.
4.Restart the Ty speaker system.
